Dr. Tara is an influential sex and relationship expert who has helped millions of people become more comfortable and confident in their sexuality. You’ve probably caught her on UK’s hit reality TV, Celebs Go Dating, where she is the go-to sexpert and dating agent. Dr. Tara is the host of her podcast: Luvbites by Dr. Tara, where she is on a mission to break down barriers and spread positivity about all things love and sex, and also writes her monthly column Sexplore for Women’s Health magazine, helping readers navigate the complexities of modern relationships.
Not just about the glitz and glam of the media world, Dr. Tara is also a tenured professor at Cal State Fullerton, teaching knowledge to students on relational and sexual communication. Her groundbreaking co-authored book, Sexual Communication: Research in Action, continues to shape intimacy education in the 21st century. Her work has been celebrated in major media outlets including ABC News, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health Magazine, Forbes, and Insider.
With over 80 million engagements on social media, Dr. Tara is an icon for Millennials and Gen Zs.
